Step 1: Complete the membership application.
Step 2: Select a payment method and click Submit. Your application will be sent for review and approval.
Step 3: Complete payment using one of the following options:

• Option A - 12 month payment plan: $1000 initial payment + 1st payment. Monthly rate: CL Residents - $150/mo; Public - $200/mo

• Option B – In-Person or 3-Pay Plan: You’ll receive an invoice by email or text. In-person payments can be made at 310 E. Brazos Ave., West Columbia, TX 77486 (1st Capital Business Services Building).

• Option C – Secure Online Payment: You’ll receive a notification with a secure payment link to complete your membership and apply any eligible coupons.
