Membership

Twin Lakes Anglers Club will launch with a Founders Club membership, limited to 550 total memberships. This initial offering is open to both Columbia Lakes residents and the general public.

Membership Application Window

  • Opens: Wednesday, February 18

  • Season: 2026–2027

  • Availability: First come, first served until full

Applications available and in person at the Twin Lakes business office in West Columbia.

Membership Includes

  • Front gate access via CR 25

  • Approximately 300 acres of private lake access

  • 2.5 miles of shoreline

  • 7.5-acre park inside Columbia Lakes

  • Planned nature park, bird observatory, and walking trail

  • Planned marina with restrooms, bait, tackle, and refreshments

  • Onsite management and security

Boats & Watercraft

  • Boat rentals: 14.5 ft flat-bottom boats with electric-start outboards, decking, and trolling motors
    (Lake rules, idle zones, and wake restrictions strictly enforced)

  • Kayaks and canoes permitted (pre-wash required)

  • Limited onsite storage for lake-approved boats (restrictions apply)

Club Amenities & Fishing

  • Florida-strain largemouth bass, bluegill, catfish, and crappie

  • Catch-and-release for bass

  • Abundant wildlife

  • Guest day passes hosted by members: $25

  • Kids under 18 fish free with a member

  • Member tournaments and club-hosted events

  • Conservation, fishing, and boating instruction for adults and children

  • Professional guide services available

Rates

Columbia Lakes Residents

First Year Investment: $2,500
Includes:

  • $1,000 one-time initiation fee

  • $1,500 first-year dues

Ongoing Annual Dues: $1,500/year

Non–Columbia Lakes Residents

First Year Investment: $3,000
Includes:

  • $1,000 one-time initiation fee

  • $2,000 first-year dues

Ongoing Annual Dues: $2,000/year
✔ Dues locked for 3 years as a Founders Club member

FOUNDERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION 2026-2027

Step 1: Complete the membership application.
Step 2: Select a payment method and click Submit. Your application will be sent for review and approval.
Step 3: Complete payment using one of the following options:

  • Option A - 12 month payment plan: $1000 initial payment + 1st payment. Monthly rate: CL Residents - $150/mo; Public - $200/mo

  • Option B – In-Person or 3-Pay Plan: You’ll receive an invoice by email or text. In-person payments can be made at 310 E. Brazos Ave., West Columbia, TX 77486 (1st Capital Business Services Building).

  • Option C – Secure Online Payment: You’ll receive a notification with a secure payment link to complete your membership and apply any eligible coupons.
